Here are some questions and answers to help save you some time. If what you are looking for is not here, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

How hand-made is 'hand-made'?
All our necklaces are 100% hand-made, apart from the actual charm itself. Tattoo chokers are also made completely from scratch. The only parts of our website that aren't hand-made are the majority of rings. These however are specially selected by both owners to ensure both quality and style.

How do I know payment is secure?
We use PayPal for payments which we feel is the safest and secure way. With this you receive buyer protection.

There's a problem with my order what can I do?
We would like everything to be perfect 100% of the time but unfortunatly, sometimes this isn't possible. If you're unhappy or there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will try our hardest to find a solution.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the UK is £1 for an unlimited amount of items and is send 2nd class. We ship worldwide (except for rings due to regulations) for £3.20 for an unlimited amount of items.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our aim is to send parcels within 5 working days of ordering, although this is not always possible. Please bear in mind that all products are hand-made after the order is made, thus possibly taking longer. All UK orders are sent second class and Royal Mails estimate in terms of timing, is 2-3 working days from when posted. If for any reason you want a faster delivery on your item(s) drop us an email. 
For international orders this is a little longer with the estimates of Europe at 3-5 working days and the likes of America and Australia at 5-7 working days. Express delivery is not always available on international orders as the price of this can sometimes be above £50, but inquiries can be made at [email protected].

I like you're products but I'd like to change something about it, e.g. colour, charm, length, what can I do?
If you would like to change or add something to a product, contact us for custom orders. Prices and waiting time may however vary with this.
